1. Act as cell culture lead, responsible for relevant activities of all cooperate projects.2. Manage cell culture process development, scale-up and manufacturing by collaborating with CDMO.3. Review cell culture data in CMC module for IND/BLA submission.4. Review cell culture data in CMC module for project license-in.Qualification:1. Master degree with at least 4 years’ cell culture experience in biotech/biopharma industry.2. Familiar with cell culture process development. Experience in process scale-up or manufacturing is an asset.3. Familiar with regulatory requirements of IND filing to IMPA and FDA.4. Be logical and good communication skills.5. Teamwork spirit.
